Tesla Energy is the energy storage division of Tesla, Inc., headquartered in Austin, Texas. The company is the largest utility-scale BESS supplier globally by installed capacity, offering vertically integrated AC-coupled battery storage systems with in-house LFP cell production. Tesla manufactures its Megapack systems at dedicated factories in Lathrop, California and Shanghai, China.
