Lishen Battery, founded in 1997 and headquartered in Tianjin, is a Chinese state-backed battery manufacturer producing LFP prismatic cells from 40Ah (6C power) to 314Ah (0.5C energy) and liquid-cooled containerized BESS up to 5 MWh. Energy storage manufacturing is based at Qingdao (4 GWh, expanding to 10 GWh) and Chuzhou (planned 36 GWh), with a total power sector target of approximately 110 GWh across four sites. The company holds over 1,300 invention patents and has subsidiaries in Germany and the USA.
