0,25C – 1C
C-rate määrab maksimaalse laadimis-/tühjendamisvõimsuse mahutavuse suhtes. Kõrgemad C-rate'd (≥ 0,5C) võimaldavad tulude kuhjamist; madalamad (0,25C) optimeerivad aeglasemat tsüklitamist ja väiksemat degradatsiooni.

Mis vahe on DC plokil ja AC plokil?
DC plokk annab alalisvoolu ja vajab ühendamist välise PCS-iga, mis muundab voolu võrguga ühilduvaks vahelduvvooluks. AC plokk integreerib PCS-i ja aku ühte üksusesse ning annab otse vahelduvvoolu. DC plokid pakuvad suuremat arhitektuurilist paindlikkust ja on eelistatud enamiku utility-scale projektide puhul, samas AC plokid lihtsustavad integreerimist ja on levinumad väiksemate C&I rakenduste puhul.
Miks kasutab enamik utility-scale BESS-projekte DC plokke?
DC plokid võimaldavad arendajatel ja EPC-ettevõtetel valida PCS-tarnija ja akutootja sõltumatult ning optimeerida süsteemiarhitektuur (tsentraliseeritud vs string) vastavalt iga projekti nõuetele. See modulaarsus parandab hankimisel läbirääkimispositsiooni, lihtsustab garantiijuhtumite korral asendamist ja võimaldab soodsamat mahutavuse laiendamist projekti eluea jooksul.
Milliseid sertifikaate peab DC plokil olema?
Kaks kõige sagedamini nõutavat sertifikaati on UL 9540A (tulekahju levimise katsemeetod süsteemi tasemel) ja IEC 62619 (tööstuslike liitiumioonakude ohutusnõuded). Sõltuvalt piirkonnast ja arendajast võidakse nõuda lisastandardeid, nagu UN 38.3 (transport), IEC 62477 (jõuelektroonika seadmete ohutus), IP-kaitseklassid ja projektikohaseid tulekaitsenõudeid.
Kuidas mõjutab DC ploki mahutavus projekti kulusid?
Suuremad DC plokid (nt 5+ MWh üksuse kohta) vähendavad projekti jaoks vajalike üksuste koguarvu, vähendades kaableldust, BoP-d ja paigaldamise mahtu. Samas nõuavad suuremad üksused raskemat tõstetehnikat transpordiks ja paigutamiseks. Hankemeeskonnad peavad tasakaalustama DC ploki suurust paigalduskoha logistika, vundamendinõuete ja mahutavuse laiendamise strateegiaga.
